• Participants must be in attendance during the Caitlin's Closet Hackathon from Augst 23rd at 7pm until August 24th at 7pm.
• All participants will begin coding at the same time.  This will be done to keep things fair for everyone.  Please do not arrive and build on top of previous projects.
• Non-transferability: Caitlin's Closet is by application only.  Your invitation is non-transferrable.  Please notify the event organizer if you can no longer attend so we can accomodate wait-list attendees.  Also, due to limited space, attendees will not ba llowed to bring guests to the event.
• No harrassment:  Caitlin's Closet will proved a harrassment-free event experience for everyone regardless of age, gender, sexual orientatin, disability, race or religion.
• Exclusivity:  By registering and accepting the prize from Caitlin's Closet, you agree to grant Caitlin's Closet an exclusive option for a period of one year starting August 24, 2014 to enter in to an agreement for the creation, design, and development of a downloadable Caitlin's Closet mobile app and the assignment of any and all rights therein.
